Once your design is finalized, you select your size, quantity, and delivery method. The order is launched upon payment confirmation.

Upon receipt of your order, our team in Toulouse will handle printing and finishing. The maximum contractual lead time is 7 business days.

Does the processing time include delivery?
No. The processing time refers only to production in our workshop. The delivery time is then added.
My logo is in JPEG, is that a problem?
A JPEG can work if it is high resolution (minimum 300 dpi) and has no white background. Preferably, use a transparent PNG or an SVG. If in doubt, contact us via chat before validating.
I'm ordering for my team, will it take longer?
No, the lead time is the same: 1 to 10 working days regardless of the quantity. If you have a deadline, order sufficiently in advance and choose Chronopost.
Do you check my design before printing?
We do not systematically proofread. You are responsible for the content — text, spelling, names, numbers. If you notice an error after placing your order, please contact us immediately via chat: if production has not yet started, we will do our best to help.
Can I cancel or change my order after payment?
This is only possible if production has not yet started. Contact us as soon as possible via chat after validation. After this stage, the custom order cannot be canceled or modified.
Is delivery free?
Yes, starting from €100 of purchases via Mondial Relay or Chronopost Relay. Below this threshold, shipping costs are calculated at payment according to the chosen carrier.
How does the Rush option work?
The Rush option allows your order to be prioritized in our workshop. Add it to your cart using the banner at the top of this page. 48 business hours for a single order, 72 business hours for a team order. This timeframe only concerns production — delivery is then added.
